1. Bow Wow Busted
The rapper formerly known as ‘Lil Bow Wow’ once posted a picture on Instagram of a luxury car parked on an airport tarmac in front of a private plane. He captioned it: “Travel Day. NYC press run for Growing Up Hip Hop. Let’s go.” The picture gave the impression that he was flying privately at DeKalb Peachtree Airport in Georgia. But pictures from netizens revealed later that he was on a standard commercial flight at the same time he made the post. The picture he posted was also traced to a stock photo of a limousine company miles away from his take-off point.
2. No One Cares
In 2014, Rita Ora posted on X (formerly known as Twitter) saying that if her tweet got 100,000 retweets, she’d drop her new song. When the tweet only gathered 1,381 retweets and it was apparent it would never hit 100k, she came back to tweet, “By the way, my Twitter got hacked somebody is threatening to release new music I’ve worked really hard on. Nothing comes out until I’m ready.” Netizens had a good laugh at the tweets and said she should have just left it at the first one because the second made it worse.
3. Woody Allen Loves Them All
In the 2017 My Generation documentary, Woody Allen tried to make Twiggy look dumb and vain by asking who her favorite philosopher was. She deflected the question and posed it back at him, asking, “Who’s yours?” He stumbled and then said, “I like them all.” When she pressed him further, asking for specifics, he tried to change the subject. Woody couldn’t have loved all philosophers because they’re philosophers; you can’t love them all.
4. Liar Ellen
On her show, Ellen DeGeneres once tried to make Dakota Johnson feel guilty for not inviting Ellen to her birthday party. Dakota and her producer confirmed that Ellen was actually invited to the party and just didn’t bother showing up, calling Ellen a liar in front of her audience.
5. Ellen Again
In another interview on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Ellen kept asking Zach Effron and Taylor Swift if they were dating. When Taylor revealed she just taught Zach how to play the guitar, Ellen asked that they play on the show. Right there, Zach and Taylor made up a song about how Ellen likes to ask weird questions and how she’s a horrible person. Ellen sat through it, looking like she wanted to throttle them.
6. Piers Morgan being Pierced
Piers Morgan was left red-faced when he tried to embarrass Love Island contestant Hayley Hughes by asking her questions like if she knew Pythagoras’ theorem. When the question was thrown back at him, he mixed up the answer with the mathematical constant, pi, embarrassing himself instead.
7. Bella?
A journalist approached Hailey Bieber, asking her a question about her boyfriend, but the problem was he was calling her Gigi, mistaking her for Gigi Hadid. Hailey clarified that she wasn’t Gigi, then the person, getting further confused, said, “Bella?” asking if she was Bella Hadid, Gigi’s sister.

At Elton John’s AIDS Foundation Oscar Party in 2022, Caitlyn Jenner tried to get familiar with Lady Gaga, who didn’t want to talk with her.
